Record Guinness mexicano
Eduardo Antillón, motociclista chihuahuense, rompió el Récord Mundial Guinness de mayor distancia recorrida en motocicleta en 24 horas.
El motociclista originario de Chihuahua comenzó el 15 de octubre a las 4 pm la prueba para conquistar el récord mundial, en las instalaciones de Bridgestone Texas Proving Grounds, que terminó a la misma hora del día 16 de octubre.
Con 305 vueltas a la pista de aproximadamente 12.4 kilómetros, para total de 3 mil 782 kilómetros, Antillón estableció nueva marca.
Su equipo, familia y conocidos lo acompañaron a lograr la hazaña en el lugar ubicado en la ciudad de Fort Stockton, Texas.
Para el récord utilizó la BMW R1200GS Adventure Rallye 2018 para las condiciones del largo reto, para lo que requirió paradas en pits para abastecerse y revisar la condición de su equipo.
Ahora Guinness deberá revisar las evidencias y pormenores que oficialicen que hay un nuevo récord, y lo ostenta el chihuahuense Eduardo Antillón.
